terms and condition• please only join group orders if you're 304% sure about purchasing.• if you're a minor, please consult your guardian first before making any purchases online.• please provide accurate details when filling out the form. all information collected are confidential.• the group order manager have a shipping form that contains buyers' address and all entries will be deleted once our transaction has been completed.• no cancellations after submitting an order form / claiming an item. you will be posted as a bogus buyer / joy reserver.• automatic order confirmation is sent to the email you provided once you submit the form. it contains the payment details and instruction. kindly check your spam / junk folders.• please be patient. most of the group orders are for pre-orders. production of items takes weeks or months and delays may happen due to manufacturing.• all payments made are non-refundable unless the fan artists cancelled the group order.• please follow the deadline of payment and don't forget to send your proof of payment on my email as gcash removed the text message notification.• the group order manager will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred during the shipment from the country of origin to the philippines.

• gcash payments over the counter are accepted. please include the additional 2% service fees. (ex. cliqq kiosk)!! ina group orders have two rounds of paymentsfirst payment - price of item + money transfer fee from php to idr + shipping fee from fan artists's address to my consol's ina address• i already included these to the price that you see in forms so you do not need to send any additional payments for the first round.second payment - international shipping fee + local shipping fee• payment details are included in the automatic email confirmation you received after submitting the form.• payment deadlines are indicated in order forms, order confirmation emails, and masterlist. you may check any of those if you forgot the deadline.• failure to settle payment on the said deadline will lead to cancellation of orders. no refunds will be given if you sent a downpayment.
